Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at MBDA. As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager – New Starter Experience and providing administrative support to the team.

The estimated salary for this position is £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering high level administrative and event support
- Facilitation of Monday morning inductions
- Organising and supporting meetings, workshops and events
- Understanding the Company Induction processes, policies, guidance and resources
- Responding to new starter and stakeholder queries
- Analysing feedback, identifying themes and making recommendations
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- A professional approach, with a positive attitude
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and be comfortable facilitating group sessions
- Confident and engaging with others one-to-one and in groups
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance)
