We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Tyler Griffen Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch administration support to our Directors, Managers, and PAs in the office.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary of £23,000 + excellent benefits package.

You will work in our office from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, performing a range of administrative duties including:

  • Answering phone calls, directing them to the relevant person, and taking messages.
  • Greeting visitors and handling their queries.
  • General administration tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and post duties.
  • Updating our client database and maintaining accurate records.
  • Booking meeting rooms, preparing them for meetings, and ensuring all necessary equipment and stationery are available.
  • Preparing and sending letters using MS Word.
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets and maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with event planning and organisation.
  • Assisting with expense claim forms and ordering couriers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills.
  • A positive and helpful approach to your duties, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
