About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Reliability Engineer to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our OpenStack environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable OpenStack environment
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using Ansible and Terraform to streamline deployment and configuration
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide support and ensure smooth operation of OpenStack services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with OpenStack services and infrastructure
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OpenStack features and technologies, and implement best practices for security and compliance
Requirements
  • SC Clearance required
  • Extensive experience with OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Cinder) and Ceph storage platform
  • Proficient in deploying and configuring OpenStack environments using automation tools
  • Advanced expertise with Linux OS, particularly RHEL, with strong command line and scripting skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer service, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities
