- Manage and prioritize daily workload, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and new systems to provide efficient and effective support.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and a deep commitment to continuous improvement. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you will be able to manage and prioritize your workload, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
