Customer Service Consultant

Vivedia, a customer-focused audio-visual tech business in the UK, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Adviser to join its growing team in Sheffield. This role involves managing daily inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting working relationships.
In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to improve customers' product and service knowledge while demonstrating empathy and sensitivity. A proactive approach to customer relationships is essential for success in this role.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £24,940 (pro rata) per annum, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and an annual bonus based on company performance. Additionally, you will enjoy regular team socials, free food and drink in the office, and a relaxed working environment with significant autonomy.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
