About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Audit Quality Directorate (AQD) in an exciting period of growth and expansion. As a key member of our methodology team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our audit quality strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on audit methodology, ensuring compliance with ISAs and the firm's audit methodology.
  • Manage and support the delivery of key audit methodology projects, including guidance, support, proposed changes to the audit tool, and training.
  • Develop and deliver audit methodology training content relevant to key methodology projects.
  • Represent the firm in sectors, responding to sector-specific queries, sector training, and support with developing sector-specific content.
  • Assume responsibility for selected aspects of team management and development.
Requirements
  • Proven audit experience with a strong understanding of UK auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and staff at all levels.
  • ACA or similar professional accountancy qualification.
