Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £14.00 and £16.50 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases and bonus schemes. Our flexible payment structure ensures that you receive weekly pay, with additional benefits including 1 hour of travelling time paid and standby rates.

Job Description

As a Rapid Responder, you will provide our clients with high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored care solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients;
  • Providing continuity and companionship to our clients;
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A good standard of English and effective communication skills;
  • An enhanced DBS check (which we will reimburse after a set period of work);
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle;
  • The ability to work alone under your own initiative and alternate weekend shifts;
  • The right to work within the UK.
