Job DescriptionAs a Rapid Responder, you will provide tailored care in clients' homes, ensuring a high level of support, continuity, and companionship. Key benefits include:
- Eligibility for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street
- Flexible hours, including 22:00-07:00 shifts (occasionally 20:00-08:00)
- 1 hour travelling time paid and standby rates
- Pay rates from £14.00 to £16.50 per hour, with weekly pay
- Annual pay increase
- FREE training
We estimate the salary range for this role is approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
