About the Role

We are seeking a highly compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide day-to-day companionship, personal care, and support to our clients in their own homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housekeeping. We also offer training and opportunities for career progression.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional care. If you are a kind-hearted and empathetic person who enjoys working with others, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as shopping and meal preparation
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £725 per week (dependent on experience)
  • A comprehensive pension scheme
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
  • Travel costs reimbursed
