Rapid Response HCA Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rapid Response HCA (Healthcare Assistant) in Stoke, Staffordshire. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support services to service users in their own homes.

Role Overview:

  • You will work on a rolling rota, covering days and nights, across 7 days, with every second weekend off.
  • You will require a full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as well as being able to drive long distances safely.
  • You will provide care and support services to service users with diverse needs, including palliative and complex care.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in palliative and complex care, with a strong focus on supporting service users with diverse needs.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
