Home Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rapid Response Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled care professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing domiciliary and complex care to service users in their own homes, working on a rolling rota covering days and nights across 7 days. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative and attend shifts promptly at short notice.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes.
- Travel up to 100 miles from home postcode, with mileage paid at 0.32p per mile.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domiciliary and complex care to service users.
- Work on a rolling rota, covering days and nights, across 7 days.
