Trustee - Residents' Support
MWN Hub invites ambitious and compassionate individuals to apply for the role of Residents' Support Trustee. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote resident care and welfare, while building strong relationships with our residents and staff.
Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support resident care and welfare.
  • Collaborate with the Chair and Trustees to provide strategic guidance on resident care and welfare matters.
  • Lead the Residents and Volunteers Group, working closely with Trustee Andrew Hoy.
  • Monitor policy implementation and delivery standards, ensuring high-quality services for our residents.
  • Visit our supported housing facilities regularly to offer support and guidance to residents and House Managers.

Person Specification

  • Experience working with older people or personal experience caring for an older person.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Empathy for the challenges faced by older people, with a caring and compassionate approach.
