Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our UK marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will support the Senior Brand Manager in developing brand and category strategies at a local level, delivering local marketing plans, tactics, and assets that drive category share in a profitable way.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local Brand Franchise strategies in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team for effective brand management.
  • Manage media agency relationships and collaborate with external partners on delivering standout campaigns with clear results and learnings.
  • Contribute to joint meetings with top markets and global teams, offering feedback for the UK market.
  • Partner with the global, sales, finance, and planning team for day-to-day management of the UK business.
  • Manage local A&P spend management in line with brand priorities.
  • Share learnings of best practice within regional and global teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Marketing/Commercial experience at a similar level within Brand Marketing in Toys, FMCG, or licensed consumer goods or Franchise Management experience (preferably in the children's entertainment sector).
  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration preferred.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking ability and creativity in proposing new business opportunities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
