Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are working with a long-standing client to support a brand new Business Development Manager opportunity due to their growth plans. The role will require attending client meetings and field-based sales activity.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional who is driven and self-motivated to grow with the business. The company has a supportive working culture and excellent staff retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Attend meetings to prospective clients to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and network to establish a client base.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B Sales Role.
