Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in Manchester or Leeds. The successful candidate will oversee 8 consultants, managing complex businesses delivering core and innovative recruitment services to clients within Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage and develop relationships with key decision makers and facilitate meetings to drive sales and improve profitability.">
  • Ensure performance for the account is in line with agreed contractual terms and monitor KPIs to maintain quality of service.">
  • Create, manage and maintain key client contacts at all levels, ensuring regular service/performance reviews are performed.">
  • Identify opportunities for improving profitability and drive business growth through innovation and excellent customer service.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading remote and onsite complex businesses, delivering large volumes of temps, specialist permanent and contract recruitment services. A degree to A-level standard is required, along with strong people-management skills, awareness of excellent customer service, business development skills, numeracy, detail-consciousness and strong communication skills.
