Special Education Needs Lead Educator

Senior SEN Teaching Position
- Job Type: Long-term, Full-time
- Location: Ealing
- Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced SEN Teacher who can provide high-quality education to children with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching KS3 or KS2 aged students and be passionate about delivering inclusive learning experiences.
Key Duties- Develop and implement tailored teaching plans to support students with special educational needs.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, using data to inform teaching decisions and enhance learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and SEN specialists to design and deliver effective instructional strategies.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) certification.
- Have experience teaching primary or secondary education, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility when working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Possess a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in special education.
