Football Education Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Football Education Program Manager to join our team at the City Football Group. As a key member of our academy structure, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Football Education programs in Perth, Australia, incorporating Manchester City's coaching philosophy and methodology.
This exciting opportunity comes with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about football education and have a drive to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver the city play model curriculum to the highest standard.
• Support the Head Coach in ensuring the program's delivery to the highest possible standards.
• Be responsible for written and verbal communication with parents/customers of the players.
• Complete term and player reports, and take on any duties from the Head Coach to support the development of the program.
Requirements:
• Coaching License (UEFA C)
• Additional awards or education in football development
• Higher Education Qualifications or working towards
• Ability to create a positive working environment that represents Manchester City
• Self-reflection, lifelong learning, and professional development
• Preparation and recording of information on documents to support administration
• Problem-solving, creativity, and leadership qualities
• Understanding of player pathways and development process
• Organisation and development of football programs
• Experience in creating a positive football environment and implementing a football coaching syllabus
• Experience working with players from different age groups and developing all ability levels
• Ability to present both on and off the field
