Part-Time Adolescent Support Position Available

Horizon Care & Education is dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment for adolescents to grow and develop.

We are looking for a skilled Childrens Residential Support Worker to fill a part-time position within our team.

About the Job:
  • Support adolescents in daily life, including leisure activities and social interactions.
  • Assist with morning routines, such as getting ready for school and breakfast.
  • Prepare evening meals and ensure a safe space for relaxation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower adolescents to reach their full potential and explore new experiences.
  • You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner and delivering relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team.
