Residential Support Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support our team at Ignis Care, a children's home. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people.
Job Highlights:- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Rotational schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required)
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent, prior experience in residential care settings, and proven leadership abilities. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the daily operations of the residential home
- Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety
- Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment
- Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship
