Senior Residential Support Worker Position

Ignis Care is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to lead and support our team as Senior Residential Support Workers. This role offers a unique opportunity to create brighter futures for young people.

Job Description:

  • Support the daily operations of the residential home.
  • Assist residents with their care plans, development, and safety.
  • Lead and mentor other support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in residential care settings with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £60 compensation per sleeping night.
  • Flexible rotational schedule: 2 days on, 4 days off (day and night shifts as required).
