About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the residential home, assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety, leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.

Requirements:
  1. Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent
  2. Prior experience in residential care settings with proven leadership abilities
