Job Description: Curriculum Specialist Lead

We are looking for a skilled Curriculum Specialist Lead to join our team at Sovereign & Bale. As a key member of our Curriculum and IQA team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality curriculum materials that meet the needs of our learners.

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging curriculum content.
- Work closely with tutors to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and assessment processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform curriculum development decisions.

About the Role:
- The successful candidate will hold a level 3 teaching qualification or higher (with a willingness to work towards level 5 or PGCE).
- Relevant experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and working with awarding organizations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
