We are hiring a skilled Social Care Leader to head our Children and Family Service department. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality services, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.
- Design and implement effective strategies to strengthen relationships between partner agencies, local authorities, and community groups.
- Maintain accurate records, adhere to policies and procedures, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
