About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time Safeguarding Specialist to join our team in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Social Services within the UK and be able to work autonomously under pressure to ensure the immediate protection and safeguarding of children and young people.

Responsibilities include responding to emergency situations outside of office hours, engaging with multi-agency partners and families to develop effective safety plans, and managing competing demands while working under pressure. Candidates must be able to travel and respond to situations that arise during a shift.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
  • Previous experience in a similar role and experience in chairing strategy discussions

Estimated Salary: £40 per hour (assignment rate)
