**Your Role:**
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our care team, working closely with colleagues to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care plans. You will also be responsible for administering medication safely and effectively, with ongoing training and support.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in care settings, preferably in Older People's care or dementia settings.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
