About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for sourcing top talent for our clients in the network engineering sector. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop strong searching techniques, qualify candidates, and match them with clients. Your role will involve creating engaging content, promoting job posts on social media, and negotiating with clients to achieve the best outcomes.
