Position Overview
Business Area: Nestlé COFFEE Z-EUR
As a key member of our Coffee Z-EUR team, we are seeking an experienced Amazon Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a profitable market share winning strategy and execution for STARBUCKS and NESCAFÉ Farmers Origins (NFO) across all AMAZON EUR markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Pan-EUR Joint Business Plan to drive market share growth for STARBUCKS and NFO across all AMAZON EUR markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a profitable market share winning strategy and execution for STARBUCKS and NFO.
- Collaborate with local eCommerce managers and Brand Teams across markets to ensure STARBUCKS/NFO Picture of Success reflects local needs.
- Develop strong working relationships with Customer Supply Chain to identify opportunities to reduce cost to serve in the end-to-end supply chain for Amazon.
- Support Senior KAM in gathering and sharing best practice within NiM Global Amazon community, building capability through knowledge development and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Strong Account Management skills, and commercial experience in a customer-facing eCommerce role within the FMCG industry.
- Experience of working with Amazon or other Pure Players.
- Customer management and negotiation experience.
- Strong evidence of building and developing relationships, and working collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.
- Experience of matrix working, cross-category or cross-geography preferable.
- Learning agility – ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Curious and driven, with high emotional intelligence, strong and flexible communication skills and styles.
