National Account Manager Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customers and securing new business across our portfolio of Foodservice accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between Nestle and a defined portfolio of customers, including the development of accelerate accounts that Nestle has highlighted as high value.
  • Deliver profitable volume and value growth (additive to Nestle average) and market share for Nestle brands, with accountability for the full P&L delivery for the defined portfolio of customers.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activity and market intelligence within the sector and support the development of the customer and channel strategy to ensure we have the tools we need to win in this area now and in the future.
  • Manage and develop your portfolio of foodservice accounts through successful negotiation, effective implementation of agreements and joint business plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven FMCG Commercial experience in a sales role – ideally in the Foodservice channel.
  • Experience of working cross functionally and building relationships across different departments.
  • The ability to credibly communicate and influence using reliable data and facts.
