Salary: Up to £60k

About the Company:

Our client is an industry-leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for a skilled Junior Pre-Contract Manager to join their team in Guildford and help deliver projects up to circa £5m.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: The Pre-Construction Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Design Coordination: They would work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
  3. Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager would prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
  4. Procurement: They would work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
  5. Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
