CV Library is working with an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are seeking an ambitious Pre-Contracts Manager to join their team in Guildford and help deliver projects up to circa £5m. The primary objectives of the role will be managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.

  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
  2. Design Coordination: Work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
  3. Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
  4. Procurement: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
