Job Title: Contract Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Director to lead our Pre-Contract team in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Pre-Contract process, estimating on projects, and working closely with architects and designers to ensure design plans meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Design Coordination: Work with architects and designers to ensure design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
- Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procurement: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
