We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Manager to join our team at Bigblue Search Ltd. As a Contract Management Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the pre-contract process, estimating, and project planning for award-winning Cat A + B Office Fit Out Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Work closely with architects and designers to ensure design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the pre-contract process and estimating principles.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus Commission.
