Job Title: Pre-Contract Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious Pre-Contracts Manager to join our team in Guildford and help deliver projects up to circa £5m. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
- Cost Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
- Procurement: Work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a structured route to step up to Head Of Pre-Contracts and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. A competitive salary of up to £110,000 per annum, plus Commission, is on offer for the right candidate.
