Job Title: Contract Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Contract Director to join our team at Compass Group UK & Ireland. As a key member of our NHS team, you will be responsible for managing the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) and Retail function at our leading centre of excellence in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and contract negotiation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of soft FM services.
- Compliance monitoring and team leadership to foster a high-performance culture.
- Commercial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Contract management, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital management, service providers, and suppliers.
- Risk management, identifying and mitigating risks related to service delivery, compliance, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a senior management role within Soft FM, Retail, or a similar environment, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Strong financial management skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
- Experience in managing large-scale contracts and service providers, with a focus on quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
