Contract Director

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Contract Director to collaborate with our NHS teams, managing the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) and Retail function at our leading centre of excellence in Guildford.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the financial performance of the soft FM and retail operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, ensuring services are delivered within budget and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Manage and monitor all soft FM and retail contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, compliance, and financial performance, ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Significant experience in a senior management role within Soft FM, Retail, or a similar environment, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Commercial acumen with a strong financial management background and a track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
- Experience in managing large-scale contracts and service providers, with a focus on quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
