We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at our West Brom Retail Hub. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and promoting our energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promote our energy efficiency solutions and provide customers with information on how to save energy
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
