Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to join our team at our West Brom Retail Hub. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our customers in achieving their energy efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions, live chat, and phone support
- Work towards sales and service targets, utilizing our in-house CRM system to drive results
- Collaborate with local charities and organizations to promote our charitable foundation, 'Utilita Giving'
- Adapt to changing customer contact channels, including face-to-face, live chat, and phone support
