Retail Supervisor

Salary: £35,094
Hours: Monday – Saturday, Shift rotation basis
We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team in our West Brom Retail Hub. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ensure the retail hub is maintained to a high standard and that all equipment and systems are functioning correctly.
- Work closely with the Energy Hub Manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and shift work.
