About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and look after all visitors to the café, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring that all displays and signs are accurate and visually appealing
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare food and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Contribute to the overall success of the café, working flexibly and adapting to changing circumstances as needed

Requirements
