RIBBONS AND REEVES is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Year 6 Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a vibrant Primary School in Croydon.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a step-up in responsibility or a HLTA seeking a new challenge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective pastoral support, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Ability to take the lead when required, demonstrating confidence and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Proven experience as an HLTA or in a similar role, ideally within a primary school setting.

**Salary and Benefits:**

A competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting student learning and wellbeing.
