Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the teaching and learning of students in Year 6 at Ribbons and Reeves Limited.


Main Duties:
  • To provide individualised support to students in Year 6, helping them to achieve their academic and personal targets.
  • To assist teachers in planning, preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.
  • To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and success of all students.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and its application in a primary school setting.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve educational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, holiday pay and opportunities for professional development.
