Job Summary:
beBee Professionals seeks an experienced Team Leader to manage and inspire our Maidstone team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and address potential conflicts and issues within the team.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
