Job Summary

A dynamic and autonomous leadership role has become available at our multinational manufacturing company based in Maidstone. We are seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to step up into a team leader position, overseeing a small team of skilled engineers with opportunities for continuous improvement.

This 4 on 4 off rotating days and night shift pattern allows for a better work-life balance while taking on more responsibility within the production site. The ideal candidate will have good experience from a maintenance background, looking for an autonomous role with a global leading business. Experience in a leadership/supervisor role is desirable.

The Role:

• Manage a team of 2 engineers
• Allocate engineers to maintenance jobs for continuous improvement
• Work a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern

About You:

• Good manufacturing experience as a maintenance engineer
• Looking to step up into a team leader position
• Commutable to Maidstone
