Experienced Kitchen Manager - Maidstone

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Blue Arrow in Maidstone. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals for both our care home residents and school students. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals for care home residents and school students
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
• Collaborate with care home and school staff to accommodate special dietary requirements
• Supervise kitchen assistants and provide training as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a care home or school setting
• A valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
