We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel. As Chef De Partie, you will work closely with our established kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests daily.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate team that prioritizes delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. You will be based in the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel, working alongside a team of dedicated individuals who strive to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Job Description

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar culinary position, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is essential.
