Maidstone Trainer Position

In this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality training that meets their needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. Your primary focus will be on delivering training that exceeds client expectations and contributes to the growth and development of our business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering training programs, a strong understanding of health and social care principles, and excellent communication skills. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, based in Maidstone. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 (depending on experience) + commission.
