About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at PBS4, a values-led social care provider for adults with Neurodisability. As an Enablement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, promoting their independence, and upholding their values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Assist with promoting independence and autonomy, while ensuring the individual's safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of individual support plans.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement Manager, Deputy Enablement Manager, and Positive Behaviour Support Clinician to ensure high-quality support is provided.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting individuals with Neurodisability or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day shifts, waking nights, and sleeps.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
