About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Newbury, UK. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilator dependence.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Deliver care and support services 24/7, including day and night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our carer development centre, which provides specialist training and support for our carers.
