We are currently seeking a Community Health Transport Coordinator to join our team at EMED Group. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to play a vital role in supporting the healthcare needs of our local community. As a Community Health Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments, as well as assisting with patient handling and movement.

In this role, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will also build rapport with patients and their relatives/friends, providing them with a high level of empathy and understanding. The successful candidate will have a valid UK manual driving licence, be physically fit for patient handling and moving, and possess excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £22,684 per annum.
