Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a registered nurse or midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Holding or being willing to obtain a Child Protection Module is essential. A Registered Children's Nurse qualification is desirable, along with evidence of academic study within the last five years. Undergraduate degrees 2:1 or above are also highly valued.

You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to negotiate and manage conflict, and evidence of clinical competencies suitable for the role. Good IT skills and a commitment to lifelong learning are also required. Knowledge of Safeguarding Children Procedures and experience working with children are desirable.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately £43,041 per annum, based on national averages and location considerations.
